At Luciénno, we are committed to offering a refined and reliable delivery experience. Each order is processed with great care and shipped through trusted international logistics partners to ensure secure and timely delivery worldwide.
1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated per order at checkout.
The final shipping fee is based on:
- The selected shipping method (Economy or Express)
- A base shipping fee
- An additional item fee, which varies depending on the product category
All applicable shipping charges are automatically displayed before you complete your purchase.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship exclusively with premium global carriers:
- DHL
- FedEx
- UPS
These carriers ensure fast delivery, secure handling, and detailed tracking.
3. Processing Time
All orders are prepared for dispatch within 24–48 hours.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and full shipment details.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- European Union: approx. 3 business days
- Outside the EU: approx. 5–7 business days
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination and local customs procedures.
5. Missed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel:
- They will attempt delivery 2–3 times, or
- Redirect the package to a local collection point
- A delivery notice will be left with instructions for pickup
If the package is not collected and is returned to our logistics center, a €45 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping charges.
6. Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide delivery with the exception of locations restricted due to geopolitical regulations:
- Russia
- Ukraine
- Belarus
These destinations are currently unavailable.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
You can monitor your shipment in real time through the carrier’s official tracking portal.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These charges are:
- Determined by local customs authorities
- The sole responsibility of the customer
Luciénno is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.
